Clique Vodka will retail for $12.99 at Fine Wines & Good Spirits stores across the state. The promotion will already be available and will be honored when purchasing the product.

On pallet entry, Clique has a bold, creamy flavor reminiscent of Russian vodkas, but has a smooth, light sweetness on the finish with no burn to the throat. The formula gives it the components of an imported Eastern European traditional brand with the aftertaste of a crafted, limited batch vodka.

Summer Reflection

The tidings of the summer season bring us into a whirlwind that creates the illusion of time flying by. Outside activities, holiday vacations and excursions consume whatever remains of our diminishing free time.

Here at Premier, we have been accomplishing great summer balance. We have had so many events that have allowed us to get out, relax and enjoy our summer. Even more importantly, we have been accomplishing better communication together in an ever improving effort and focus towards total team performance. Our project is growing the building blocks of a thriving machine with an unprecedented momentum of staggering growth, leading towards an explosive last quarter of 2012.

Many new accomplishments and all different stages of positive undertakings are being recognized in an effort towards becoming a large alcoholic beverage industry purveyor.  Our focus is a path towards corporate excellence, ethics and community outreach while providing incredible value to the lifeblood of our business – our growing customer base.

It is my pleasure to take a minute to step back this summer for our investors, supporters and general consumers and recognize some incredible accomplishments. I could not be  more proud and optimistic about our future even during this unforgiving economy.

Within the last few months we have had some major breakthroughs in our public relations department with the emphasis on two huge wins in the industry. Several months ago we entered our flagship product, Clique Vodka, into the two main international spirits competitions. We were awarded the Silver Medal in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and the Gold Medal in the Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition, which is the most notable and largest contest in the world. As excited as we are as a team, this does not come as a surprise to me. While formulating the product, we knew Clique Vodka was truly and sincerely amongst the best in the world. In this case, not only do we as a team know we offer a high-quality product, but it is now backed by our industry as well.

As sales grow dramatically in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Tennessee, we are excited and prepared for the expansion of Clique Vodka as we grow our distribution partners globally. As I mentioned before, we are in the process of a dramatic face-lift that will be revealed towards the end of the summer at our two year anniversary party.

The last quarter of 2012 shows amazing promise, stemming from the delivery of the new incredible image to Total Wine & More, catapulting us into 16 total states and almost every major city in the United States. We are also very close to finishing the logistics of how we will handle the partnerships in India, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. We anticipate the generation of sales in these new territories in the last quarter of 2012 and into 2013.

Positive partnerships and brand alliance relationships have been growing dramatically and we anticipate having more than three new brands for our expanding loyal customer base in 2013. Plans for these brands are already underway and announcements will be posted in the near future giving more details about our powerful portfolio.

The summer season is a time of outdoor play and great holiday celebrations. Our countries independence day as well as other summer holidays are known as the most amazing times to have a refreshing cocktail while relaxing with the people who matter most. As the CEO of a company that is on the forefront of the development of a global portfolio of value alcoholic beverage brands, I am no stranger to the dangers of irresponsible over consummation. The summer heat alone creates even greater concerns to a consumer looking to enjoy in our fine beverages. Celebrating its 73rd year, the prestigious Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition annually sees nearly 4,000 wines and spirits from around the globe. An esteemed panel of 100 international judges uses a blind-tasting method, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism that has remained the competition’s foundation for seven decades. The 2012 competition was held in Los Angeles on May 21st and 22nd.

It is one of the main driving forces that lead us on our path towards better exposure and the pursuit of worldwide market expansion. I took the time during my travels to our production facilities in eastern Europe to read through magazines looking for airline CEO messages, and I realized how special our company is. The usual mundane messages of tiny quarter growth and how focused they are on you the customer is standard. These are rarely very exciting or groundbreaking to the customers, team or the investors that have a role in the success of their model.

Here at Premier, that description could not be further from where we are at this time. A few months ago we planted the seed of a vision to change the game in our business and perhaps change the world and the norm for vodka drinkers. This vision was an executive decision to pursue one more packaging change to the face of our main product, Clique Vodka. It was one step back to take two steps forward as I always say. Now that the puzzle pieces are coming together I could not be more optimistic of this decision and the outcomes that are soon to follow. Although we are adapting and changing with the market needs, we never jeopardize the culture and pursuit of our initial vision.

It is impossible to ignore the dramatic growth of our company. Our partnership with Total Wine & More® that will allow a 20-state expansion, and the developing partner relationships with brokers and distributors in Dubai, India and Puerto Rico are all coming together. The amazing thing is that we haven’t even started selling actively to distributors and the demand is heavy. These new contacts have reached out to us in pursuit of our relationship and for our products. We feel this is a testament to the strong vision and branding concepts of our products, transparent programs and an incredible team of driven individuals.

As our new and old partners await the packaging change with excitement, the vision to launch within over 20 states and three countries is becoming more realistic every day. The new marketing campaign is being developed and we have had unprecedented monthly growth of consumer recognition leading to new customers. Our relationships with national celebrities that have interest in our brands and services to build private labels have been a dramatic part of the landscape in the last few months. The agreement with a new celebrity ambassador is near and we are optimistic about the brand being a great fit for the first face of Clique Vodka.

Investment into Clique Vodka Limited is coming along smoothly and the relationships with our manufacturing partners are strong and optimistic. Everyday our knowledge of the importing process and global relationships with alcohol component factories around the world grows stronger.

Premier Innovations Group Announces Expansion of Clique Vodka into Ohio

Pittsburgh, PA (March 26, 2012)—Premier Innovations Group has announced their recent expansion of Clique Vodka into the state of Ohio.

Premier Innovations Group was founded by Noah Cohen, Chief Executive Officer and native to Youngstown, Ohio. Mr Cohen attended Canfield High School and is a graduate of Youngstown State University. He has had a long line of successful start-ups under his belt since the age of 18. In 2007, at the age of 27, Cohen decided to start Premier Innovations Group, a federal importing company for the spirits industry. With a strong team foundation formed, hard work and continued dedication, Premier Innovations Group launched their first private brand, Clique Vodka in July of 2010.

“Expanding Clique Vodka’s foothold into many new markets is our biggest focus in pursuit of having a global brand. I couldn’t be more excited and proud about the penetration into my home town market where much of our initial investment dollars come from. Many individuals from Youngstown gave their hard earned money taking a chance on heavy returns that can come from success in the liquor industry. We are starting to see great success from our launch in our initial states, but Youngstown, Ohio has always been an important market to me,” said Noah Cohen, CEO Premier Innovations Group.

Premier’s brand, Clique Vodka, is now sold throughout retail outlets in Northeast Ohio. The brand is sold in numerous retail outlets such as Giant Eagle and other state retail stores. Premier is acting as its own distributor and has hired a sales force to promote the vodka locally in Youngstown. The brand hit store shelves last week and is priced at approximately $16.00 a bottle.

“We view Ohio as a good state to do business with for many reasons. Its proximity to Pennsylvania has allowed many consumers to request the brand to be available in the Buckeye state,” says Jimi Romanus, Vice President of Sales. “Today’s economy has created a strong demand for high quality vodka with an affordable price point, which is something Clique offers in this market.”

Ohio now marks the fourth state that Premier Innovations Group has expanded their brands to, along with Pennsylvania, Tennessee and West Virginia.

2012 Looking Ahead

The chaos of the holidays is long over and we are settled back in to performance without interruption. Here at Premier Innovations Group we hope everyone had an amazing holiday and that resolutions for personal and corporate betterment have kicked into gear for the New Year.

For Premier, 2012 is a year of great opportunity coupled with dramatic growth that is only apparent in a business that is having an extremely successful infancy. The success we have seen is attributed to a team of performers starting to work smarter together to critically think and solve problems empowered as one entity moving into our second true fiscal year. As we continue to grow together on a path to corporate transparency and excellence, we’d like to update our supporters’, followers’, and investors’ as frequently as possible on some of the largest milestones and significant happenings.

Financially, the last quarter of 2011 set the precedence with more gross sales than in the first entire 9 months of the year. The 2012 financial spotlight will boast dramatic growth penetrating over 13 new markets for Clique Vodka as we enter our new partnership with Total Wine and Spirits. They are one of the largest private retailers of liquor in the country. We look forward to a long lasting relationship with the Total Group.

Internally, the continuous growth of our existing markets continues. We are proud to see Ohio stores receive product and significant planning of the launch is occurring. In Pennsylvania, sales are climbing and the Philadelphia expansion is moving along well. We are diverting efforts to putting more troops on the ground in West Virginia and our Tennessee wholesaling company Saachi Imports is getting ready for another large delivery of Clique Vodka.

Looking ahead, the next few months for Premier are explosive. We are in negotiations with several celebrity brand ambassadors for Clique Vodka and exploring the launch of a new value priced tequila. For our current tequila, Don Pantaleon Tequila, changes are in the works as we have exciting ideas to push product west to explore markets that have heavy sales of tequila in the well division.

Packaging improvements to our existing brands, new relationships, and new products are all on the horizon for 2012. We want to thank all of the new contributors toward investment of time and money into our project. It is eminent that we will expand our foothold throughout many new states including presence in the West Coast in 2012.
